Before you panic

TopCashback says tracking can be affected by cookies, merchant-side tracking and unauthorised voucher codes. If an eligible purchase does not appear, its guidance recommends using a Missing Cashback Claim after allowing time for the transaction to register.

Check the basics

Confirm you used the correct retailer route, did not use an unapproved voucher code, and allowed enough time for the transaction to appear.

Review exclusions

Some cashback offers exclude particular products, customer types, subscriptions or promotional codes. The live retailer terms take priority.

Submit a claim if needed

TopCashback says a Missing Cashback Claim can be submitted when eligible cashback has not tracked, subject to its current claim process and time limits.
